VAYU MEDIA SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION GURANTEE:

The Vayu Media Search Engine Optimization Guarantee covers the marketing product TopPosition. The number of search terms guaranteed depends on the TopPosition package that is purchased by the client. The guaranteed number of search terms per package included are:

TopPosition Plus: 1 of 5

TopPosition PowerLocal: 2 of 10

TopPosition MasterLocal: 3 of 15

TopPosition Regional ROI: 4 of 20

TopPosition National ROI: 5 of 30

The number of search terms guaranteed per package will have placement on the first page of either Google, Yahoo, MSN/Live or Ask at any point within the contract period.

Definitions:

  • Search Terms is defined as: Any variation of your keywords chosen for site optimization, including expansion and/or combination of those keywords with other general words, in any form or order that a user might enter into a search engine.
  • Placement is defined as: Listings or search engine placements on the 1st page of either Google, Yahoo , MSN/Live or Ask that link to content either directly on your website or on other websites in the form of, but not limited to, press releases, videos, articles, maps, blog comments, social bookmarks, social networking, forum posts, reviews & ratings, awards, coupons, classifieds, company profiles, directory listings, advertisements, resource directories or shopping comparison product listings.
  • Requirements: Client must be in good standing throughout the contract period. Customer may not be in payment default anytime during the contract period. Any one in default or late payment will void the Guarantee.
  • The Guarantee is valid only within the initial Contract Period and does not extend when a contract rolls over to into the month-to-month or subsequent contract period after initial contract.
  • The Guarantee is offered only to Clients who enter into a 12 month contract. Guarantee is not valid on 6 months contracts.
  • This guarantee is void if the agreement is cancelled or put on hold by the client prior to the “Guarantee Date.” The “Guarantee Date” is a date 12 months after the Client’s optimized files are uploaded to the client’s website.
  • A refund request must only be submitted after the “Guarantee Date”. Client has 30 days after the “Guarantee Date” to submit a refund request. If a refund request is received before the “Guarantee Date” or 30 days after the “Guarantee Date”, this Guarantee is void.
  • In the instance that Vayu Media does not fulfill the guarantee as defined above the following will occur: 100% Refund of monthly fees paid during initial 12 month Contract period, if Vayu Media does not perform to the guarantee.
